Support Center Scheduled Maintenance

Our telecommunications service provider is planning scheduled maintenance on our chat systems on Sunday, April 28th, beginning at 2:00 AM Eastern U.S. Time. The expected maintenance window will be 30 minutes. During this time all active chats will be disconnected, and no new chats will be able to be initiated. During this time, please feel free to reach out to us by submitting a ticket in your Account Management Panel, or reach out after the maintenance is concluded.
